a. What is your intended goal and why? (3 marks)
My intended goal it show what kind of company we are. We are fun and spunky but also care about our products and how they are made. We aim to drive sales by highlighting the benefits of our company and increase brand awareness by showing our USP. Lastly, we aim to create trust and build community with our subscriptions.
b. Who are you writing for and why? (3 marks)
We are writing for potential customers and our current customers as well as phone case lovers! We are targeting budget-conscious buyers, eco-friendly buyers, and gift-givers. We are speaking to these groups to highlight the company’s unique products and value. It will build trust and higher engagement rates with customers creating more credibility and rep. Lastly, it is to increase traffic on my website to increase sales. The more we get to know our customers and they get to know us the better our business will become. These people have the need for protection and durability which is something funky fab phone cases offer. These people also care about personalization and new trends/styles which align with what we want to do and the atmosphere we aim to create around our business. Our site will be easy to navigate allowing customers and viewers to leave satisfied with our website increasing user-friendly experiences. When people are on a site and they don't find what they need quickly and easily, bounce rates will increase. This is why we hope to make things simple and easy but also fun to look at.
